This week's Paper Wings Color Combo Challenge was to create a card, scrapbook layout, or altered item using DCWV Matchmakers cardstocks Pink #1 and Pink #3. Here is my try. I love using the cuttlebug embossing folders so I thought that I would use them for this challenge.

Scrapbooking Made Easy - Progressive Scrapbooking

Do you love to scrapbook?

Do you want to start scrapbooking and do not know where to start?

Well, here is a solution for you,

Progressive Pages!

Start with a 6” x 6” page (Top Picture) highlighting simple, featuring only one picture, one stamp set, simple embellishments and layering.

NOTE: This size is great for brag books.

If you want to add a title or a date, turn the page into an 8-1/2” x 11” page. Take the original page and place it on 8-1/2” x 11” cardstock (Middle Picture). Add a few accents, such as a title and stamped images onto the background.

Now for those who prefer to scrapbook 12” x 12” pages, repeat this process and place your 8-1/2” x 11” page onto a 12” x 12” piece of cardstock (See Below). Add more photos, embellishments or journaling. Creating great pages are as simple as 1 - 2 - 3.

Cardstock: DCWV Paper, Hip Hop™ Paper Pak

November 2007 Denver Scrapping 4 Inclusion Event Details
Location: Jefferson County Fairgrounds
Date: Saturday, November 3, 2007
Time: 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Registration Fee: $10 payable to Dawn Cherico
Crop Fee: $25 which will be in the form of a donation payable directly to the The Bubel/Aiken Foundation
Registration: OPEN (Space is limited so register early!)

This is an all day scrapbooking ‘Crop’ where members of the community will have the opportunity to spend the day working on their photo albums, sharing new ideas and making new friends while preserving their own precious family memories.

Scrapping 4 Inclusion Mission

The mission of Scrapping 4 Inclusion is to combine one of the fastest growing hobbies in North America with the need for creating awareness and raising funds on behalf of children with disabilities and their advocates at The Bubel/Aiken Foundation (TBAF).

The mission of The Bubel/Aiken Foundation is creating communities where ALL children can learn, live, and play together. July 2007 Scrapbook Sketch Challenge!

I am moderating a scrapbooking challenge on Paper Wings Forum (which is a forum for TAC demonstrators). I thought I would share this challenge on my blog also. Use the sketch from http://www.pagemaps.com/ as the guideline for a creating your own scrapbooking page. Individual interpretations are encouraged.

Please feel free email a picture of your creations for this challenge. I look forward to see what everyone comes up with. I also challenge you to use only TAC stamps/patterned paper.

Saturday June 9th TAC FunShop at 10am - 12:30pm.

We will be making four cards and one - 12X12 Scrapbook page.
The cost will be $10 to cover the cost of the materials.

Have you wondered how to stamp on dark colored paper. I would like to recommend that you stamp your image using New Canvas
Palette Hybrid Ink Pad. Then you can color in the stamped images with PRISMACOLOR WATERCOLOR Pencils. What a wonderful way to add some color to your dark cardstock. If you need more intstructions, please email me at stampinforfuntoo@aol.com

Welcome to my New Blog!!

Hi Everyone-

I finally decided to start my own blog for my stamping and scrapbooking business. I am so excited to get this blog going. Stay tuned and I will soon be posting some of my recent creations.

First let me tell you something about myself. I have been stamping and scrapbooking for over 5 years, well it is probably more but I can't remember exactly. I am also an Independent Demonstrator for The Angel Company. Please check out the site for some wonderful stamping and scrapbooking products.
